- For regular weekends, a one night deposit in advance is necessary to
reserve a room.
- Holiday reservations must be paid in full in advance.
- Your deposit is fully refundable until 10 days before arrival date. After
that, if you cancel, your deposit is not refundable.
- There is no refund for early departure.
- NY State sales tax and Suffolk County Hotel taxes apply.
